This spectacular villa for rent in Pantelleria, Villa Kosuros, recently built north-east of the island of Pantelleria, enjoys a marvelous sea view that reaches the Punta Spadillo lighthouse! It is far one kilometer from the sea and 2.5 kilometers from the village. The villa is located just km. 3 from the lake of Venere. The villa has four double / twin rooms, two of which with an additional sofa bed for 4 more guests. All have kitchens (two dammusi with inside kitchens and two dammusi with uncommon outdoor kitchens), private bathrooms, mosquito nets on windows and doors, air conditioning, TV, free wi-fi internet connection, radio / DVD, outdoor areas covered with cannizzate and furnished. Characteristics of the dammuso are walls of great thickness and vaulted roof, capable of maintaining a good internal temperature in all seasons and ensuring excellent sound insulation. The villa, easily reachable from the airport and the port, has a swimming pool with a large garden with 700 plants of various types. There is a traditional Pantelleria garden with dry stone walls of Arab origin. The villa offers its guests free private covered parking and equipped oven-barbecue area with a fridge, and three furnished gazebos. The villa is the ideal place to enjoy an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, for reading, to admire the sky, the moon, the stars, sipping a glass of raisin wine. The evocative atmospheres and large outdoor spaces make villa Kosuros an ideal place for special events (weddings, etc.) and anniversaries.

The Villa consists of:

1) a large named dammuso which has a double-double room with bathroom with shower, kitchen, living-dining room, and a double sofa bed and hallway. It can accommodate 2-4 pax. Also equipped with an outdoor shower.

2) an external annex, adjacent to the main building but with independent external entrance, with double-double bedroom, small bathroom with shower, without bidet, covered outdoor kitchen-dining area, fully equipped and furnished. It can accommodate 2 pax.

3) another large dammuso, in an even more dominant and more reserved position, which has a double-double bedroom with bathroom with black stone sink, with shower, walk-in closet, kitchen-living-dining room with double sofa bed (where you can add two more beds). It can accommodate 2-4 pax. Also equipped with an outdoor shower.

4) an external annex, with a double-twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, covered outdoor kitchen-dining area, fully equipped and furnished, double sofa bed. Also equipped with an outdoor shower. It can accommodate 2 pax.

Outdoor spaces

4 outdoor terraces, all covered with canes, with outdoor furniture and “stone” seats, where to have breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the 5,200-meter park, rocking chair with cushions, a walkway that surrounds the whole the property is suitable for jogging, two barbecue areas, one of which has an oven with fridge and oven blades, three gazebos furnished with tables and chairs and cushions and benches, a solarium area with outdoor furniture and 8 deck-loungers with water-repellent cushions and parasols edge of an infinity pool 12.5 meters long, 6.5 meters wide, with a depth from 100 to 160 cm, which majestically dominates the variegated garden of plants and the sea!
