Overview
The house has the typical style of ancient dammusi with thick and insulating walls. The spaces are well distributed also internally. Rooms and house in general very well maintained and livable.
Access for guests: They will be able to access the whole house except the garage and some wardrobes and closets, if they do not need the two external annex (if there are two or four people) those will remain inaccessible

This Villa for holidays in Pantelleria is an ancient dammuso consisting of a main house where there is the kitchen with a separate entrance, a large room with an alcove with an extra charge possible french bed and two double bedrooms ( 1 twin with french beds and 1 double one next to the other communicating) with a single bathroom and overlooking the terrace overlooking the sea, all with separate entrances. Two other independent “dammusini” complete the property: both with bathroom, livable outdoor area, and sea view. ONe of the annex has french double bed. As for the exteriors, the house has many livable spaces: a long terrace overlooking the sea, an outdoor living room with a sea view, a yard used as an outdoor living area facing the pool, a sheltered area outside the kitchen. The swimming pool is a suggestive environment facing the beautiful valley of Grazia and the sea: the shape and colors are inspired by the lake of Venus and the depths of the island. The house is enriched by a beautiful garden on several levels that develops all around. Privacy is guaranteed and the spaces are suitable for groups and / or couples. Town and services are 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes from the airport, convenient location to reach the sea on each side of the island

On the island of Pantelleria live 7.600 inhabitants in Trapani province, named the Mediterranean “black pearl”. The town is located 47 km from Sicily and only 37 km from Africa. This strong and intense island holds a volcanic origin. The town area is enlarged from sea level to a height of 836 metres on the Montagna Grande (big mountain). An island full of natural beauties among which the crystalline sea easily reachable through smooth slopes (some harder) among which, not to be missed, the Balata dei Turchi, Martingana, L’arco dell’ Elefante and Cala Levante. It would be nice to rent out a rubber dinghy or agree to the several boats going around visiting the island to admire the wonderful places that cannot be seen except for a boat. Another place guests cannot lose to admire is the Lago Specchio di Venere (mirror lake of Venere) which offers swimming and natural beauty-farm thanks to a black-green mud, due to the thermophile alga deposits, characterized by the sulphur smell and used upon the skin with therapeutic aim. Another important place you should see is the Montagna Grande (big mountain) and the several archeologic sites placed in the “Sesi” landscape: a village located in the south-west of the island where there are the chieftains and dignitaries tombs made of lava-stone big blocks with majestic civilization remains.
Villa Arabella is in the western-south area of the Island , very close to Scauri where you can find a funny “movida”
