One entire floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with a wood-burning fireplace, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and a large living area with a TV room.
The second floor is dedicated to the other three bedrooms with double beds.

The payment of the Booking Rate shall be performed in accordance with the
following schedule:
– 50% of the Booking Rate upon signature of the Agreement Form;
– 50% of the Booking Rate on or before, at the latest, the eightieth day prior to the Date of Start of
the Stay.
Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation of the reservation takes place before the hundred and-eightieth days prior to the Start of the Stay, it does not entail the application of any penalty. If the Cancellation of the reservation occurs between the hundred-and seventy-ninth and the eightieth day before the start of the Stay, it entails the application of a penalty equal to 50% of the Booking Rate. Cancellation of the reservation after the seventy-ninth day or failure to arrive (no-show), entails the application of a penalty equal to 100% of the Booking Rate.
Safe Deposit: Indicates 25% of the Payment, or the maximum sum of 25,000.00 Euros. For periods extending over 15 days, the Security will be paid via bank transfer.
