Overview

Villa Trebbia is a holiday villa with pool, a charming and simple Tuscan villa immersed in woods in the foothills of the Apennine mountains to the north of Florence. The old castle (about 650 sq. m) was carefully restored to leave traces of its original features, trying to obtain the elegant and warm, and welcoming atmosphere of a countryside home. You can live complete privacy in the VILLA  with the swimming pool behind, gardens, and the comfort of personal parking. The holiday rental villa is has a big garden all around. The big and wonderful swimming pool with a close changing room and shower gifts the perfect setting for enjoying the Tuscan sun while a pergola gives a shaded area for relaxing and dining outdoors in the spring and summer.

The villa consists of 4 levels: Ground floor A large entrance with fireplace, large living room with fireplace, small sitting room with satellite television, a bedroom and a bathroom. Lower floor Modern kitchen (two ovens, two dishwashers), small dining room with a large fireplace, laundry room (washing machine and ironing equipment), large dining room (18 people), and toilet First floor One double bedroom (king-size bed) with own bathroom and 3 twin bed bedrooms (each bed large: 80-90 cm), all with a basin in the room, one bathroom and wide room with a table. Second floor One double bedroom (king-size bed), 2 full-size bed bedrooms (each bed: 150 cm), 1 twin bed bedroom (each bed: 85 cm), all with their own bathroom and a play-room with a game table and a bed-settee with stairs leading to the tower. On request 2 extra sleeps in a double sofa bed, extra charge.

Complete organized kitchen, dining room for 18; Television; Gazebo and pergola, external solarium, sun beds, dressing room and pool shower, private parking, Wi-Fi, private swimming pool.

End of stay cleaning: 30 euro per week per person (minimum 400 €, payment at check-in)

Changeover day: Saturday in June-August (ask for changes); flexible other seasons of the year
Notes: will be charged at discretion a maximum of:
50-100€/hour late fee (late show up) at check in not previously agreed upon
100€ will be withheld if villa and kitchen are not left in a respectful manner and garbage not thrown in municipal bins

This important location offers the chance to visit many major tourist destinations such as Florence and others in Tuscany. Wonderful walks along the several paths or an unknown area within the property of villa Trebbia. Mountain bike lovers can enjoy these paths leading to the borders of Tuscany and beyond. for Lovers of water sports, there is the chance of sailing, windsurfing, and canoeing at the close Lake. Not far away are held flight schools and recreational sports. Horse riding at a few km. There is also a famous autodrome… The nearby 18-hole Golf and Country Club is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Italy.
