The tower dates from the 15th century and has recently been restored.

The villa is on three levels:
ground floor: living room with fireplace and balcony overlooking the sea, terrace overlooking the coast, three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, kitchen, and bathroom with bathtub.
second floor: a second living room and terrace of 290 sqm with sea view.
third level: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and an additional single bed.
From the garden, a path leads to the cliff below.
