With 500 m² of elegant interiors, the villa accommodates up to 18 guests in a refined atmosphere that combines timeless design with premium comfort. Six exclusive suites are available:
- Two luxurious bedrooms and two studios within the main residence
- Two fully equipped apartments in the adjacent guesthouse
Each suite boasts panoramic views over Umbria’s verdant landscapes and features en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, and a private terrace or balcony. All bedrooms and bathrooms were completely renovated in 2023 with top-quality materials and bespoke finishes.
