Overview

Villa Stuardo is a holiday villa near Florence located in the Heart of Tuscany, between Florence, Arezzo and Siena, in the hills of Chianti.
The Villa  is a renewed five bedroom four bathroom country Holiday villa with a fantastic charm. There is a Private Pool and big garden with olive trees and vineyards offering amazing views in relaxing with your family or group.
This Tuscany Villa rental  is close to a typical Tuscan restaurant. Guests may visit the medieval villages of Greve in Chianti,Radda in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Castellina in Chianti, where you can taste the most famous wines of Italy and of the whole world, in old farms and cellars, and oil Tuscan olive farm straight in a biological farm.

Inside
The entrance door leads to a large hall with terracotta tiled floors and a traditional tiled and beamed ceiling.
The dining room has an oval dining table and chairs, to one side is a wooden dresser and in the corner an open fireplace.
It has also an organized kitchen, a modern oven with gas hobs, a microwave oven, dishwasher, and freestanding fridge/freezer.
From the lounge, guests meet a utility room with a washing machine and internal access to the covered veranda having a door that goes to the garden near the Tuscany Holiday villa’s pool.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms,  which are individually, well furnished, and decorated. On the right is a big bedroom with a double bed, and a painted scrollwork bed frame. This is a very elegant area with painted wooden furniture a large wardrobe and painted ceilings too. There is also a double sofa bed.
The second level offers is a very nice bedroom with a painted wooden double bed, large wardrobe, and matching furniture, with bathroom and shower
Outside
The swimming pool is a few meters from the villa in the beautiful gardens. It has pavement all around with sun loungers, planted pots, and mature trees offering shade during the day.
