Overview

Villa Soraya is a charming villa to rent with a pool in the countryside near Lucca and Florence. It has a private pool and is surrounded by olives groves, fruit trees, and relaxing walks in the estate.

The villa is situated one and a half kilometers from the small town, in handy distance from the principal art centers such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Pistoia as well as the famous seaside resorts in Versilia, such as Forte Dei Marmi and Viareggio. The external space is divided into various areas which offer the possibility of relaxing and dining together in the shade of a gazebo, also using the BBQ at the rear of the villa. The enclosed pool (12 x5,6 m with a minimum depth of 1,4m and a maximum of 1,5m) has a changing room, fridge, toilet, and outside solar shower. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, etc… together with a lounge area where it is possible to organize a sunset aperitive.The garden is extremely well cared for with aromatic plants and rose gardens.

Details

The villa, 250 square meters and can sleep up to 6 + 2, with a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
From the main entrance on the ground floor, you enter a lounge with direct access through sliding glass doors onto the verandah which looks out over the surroundings.
This lounge is furnished in a classical style with sofas, fireplace, piano, elegant carpets, dining table…..and air conditioning.
Next to the lounge, there is a bathroom (with shower) and the staircase which leads to the balcony, where there is air conditioning and a double bed.
There is also a second cozy living area furnished in rustic furniture with armchairs, fireplace, and dining table and chairs……. Next to this is a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, microwave, wooden stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and wooden table), laundry with washer and drier.
The sleeping area: comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning,.
One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower;
another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bath another bedroom with two single beds.

Piano, dryer, ADSL Wireless Internet connection, cot, high chair, mosquito screens on all windows, airconditioning in all bedrooms and lounge areas, fireplace in lounge, iron and ironing table, hairdryers in all bathrooms, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines, Moka, American coffee machine, oven, water boiler, fridge, toaster, blender, fruit juicer, courtesy line, bathrobes and slippers in each bathroom, BBQ with coal, outdoor furniture, al fresco dining, stunning views, pizza oven in the kitchen, fire extinguisher, Tv sat.! DVD player, 3 covered parking, small pet allowed on request.

The prices include

-Welcome basket with a light dinner, continental breakfast, and fruit (stuff for 1 day)
-Welcome aperitive with snacks
-2 hours of midweek cleaning plus the bathrooms’ linen change
-Pool and garden maintenance
-Electricity is included up to 300kw.
-Airconditioning is included in the price.
Experience has shown us that a total, weekly consumption of electricity, including AC, does not exceed 300 kW /h. Obviously, careful use of AC is advised: (a) to turn it off when the house is not occupied, (b) to close
windows and doors when the AC is on.
If the total consumption is between 320/330kw nothing will be charged, otherwise,  over 300 will be charged at the cost of 0,60 per kW/h.

Extra cost

to be paid on-site in cash.
-Final cleaning (obligatory) 250.00€
-Extra domestic help on request 15.00€ per hour.
-Security deposit, in cash, obligatory (500.00€)

-Central heating 4.15 € per cubic meter.

The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
