The property boasts 6 stylish and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, along with a dedicated relaxation area and a jacuzzi.
The lower level includes a pool table and home theater, as well as two bedrooms.
The main floor features a state-of-the-art kitchen, a grand dining table for 12—perfect for elegant dinners or casual family meals—and a cozy living area.
The living room opens onto a spacious terrace, an ideal spot to enjoy an aperitif while taking in the view.
The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the top floor. The standout is the master suite, which offers a stunning view, an expansive walk-in closet, and a beautifully designed bathroom.

and 10:30am) they would like to have breakfast served.

Good to know

Damage Deposit:
The Guest agrees to pay a security deposit of € 5,000.00 on the credit card provided at the time of the
booking. The deposit will be preauthorized at the check-in time and used in case of any damages.
Extras and city tax:
Any extra charges and the City Tax [5€ per night per person] will be charged to the credit card provided
at the time of booking unless the guest explicitly requests the use of another credit card.
Check-in and check-out policy
• On the arrival day, guests may check in starting from 4 pm
• On the departure day, guests are requested to check out by 10 am
• Where possible, we are happy to accommodate any requests for early check-in or late check-out
Bookings, payments, and cancellation policy:
• Not refundable deposit: 2 nights for each week of rent at the reservation confirmation
• Balance: 60 days prior to the check-in date is not refundable
