The holiday Villa in Northern Italian Lakes for rent is situated in a fantastic area. Located on the western coast of the lake of Garda, it has a rare view of the lake. The villa consists of three large master bedrooms all organized with each comfort, and attention to detail, with a Plasma screen television and air conditioning. An atmosphere of complete quietness and elegance offers a comfortable and welcoming residence. Behind the villa  there is a large, equipped kitchen that could satisfy even the most refined palate.  A private spa,  with every comfort, makes the residence complete. The large Jacuzzi and sauna are the most welcoming and perfect places of relaxation, magically embracing our guests in an area dedicated to total well-being and all facing towards the magnificent view of the lake.

Good to know

Minimum Stay
From January 6th to May 31th & from September 21th to December 20th: 3 nights
From June 1st to September 20th: 7 nights, Saturday/Saturday
From December 21st to January 3rd, 2025: 7 nights

The Villa is composed by 2 nearby villas for a total of 7 en-suite bedrooms and 14 people.
We can add 4 single beds, for a total of 18 guests.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm (time of arrival has to be communicated at least 7 days prior arrival)
Check-out: from 8am to 10am.
Deposit: €3.000 to be paid upon arrival with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and
it will be returned at the end of the stay
Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation the following amounts will be charged:
after the reservation: 30% of the total amount.
from 45 days to the arrival date: the total price.
Pets
Small dogs are allowed, on request, at a price of €100,00 per stay per dog.
A deposit of €500,00 per dog is required.
Payment
Deposit: 30% of the stay to be paid in order to guarantee the reservation
Balance: 70% to be paid 45 days before arrival date.
