Overview
Villa dei Rubicondi is a holiday villa situated in the wonderful historical area of the “Gattopardo”, in the same countryside where the Tomasi di Lampedusa family spent their holiday time, near Agrigento city and its wonderful greek temples and its charming and unforgettable sandy uncontaminated long beaches. This elegant Sicilian villa was an ancient mill. The villa was renewed using original materials. The panorama that hosts can admire from the enormous and terrace and swimming pool area is able to take their breath away…All around the luxury villa, an olive groove remembers the simplicity of the past world. From the villa, guests can quickly go and visit the beautifully long, white, and wildest beaches of this great island swimming in a warm blue sea.

INSIDE
The kitchen is by choice ” minimal” but completely equipped; In living there 2 sofà and the dining table, At ground floor 2 en suite double bedrooms with shower. On the first floor is the twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE
From the kitchen, there is an outside door leading to a comfortable shaded area ideal for dining, Barbecue, swimming pool area with sunbeds.
