The main room offers direct access to the en-suite bathroom, a private terrace and the pool.
The second room has a private small terrace and access to the bathroom,
The third bedroom is connected to a large en suite bathroom.
The living room is bright with large French doors leading to the pool, kitchen and outdoor lounge area.
The outdoor area, accessible directly from the living room and master bedroom, boasts a pergola with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, as well as a lounge area. On the other side of the pool, you will find a sunbathing area with sun loungers and deck chairs.

Booking confirmation:
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final 50% payment must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
A security deposit of € 1,000 is required to be paid 2 weeks before your arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation policy:
60 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit
Less than 60 days before arrival: no refund
