• Energy consumption (water, gas, and electricity up to 600 Kwh/week – any energy surpluses over 600

• Complete cooking equipment (set of pots and pans, dishes and utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.);
• Welcome kit (extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, water, coca, Nutella, jam, milk, biscuits,
trash bags, toilet paper, washing machine, dishwasher detergent, hand, and body cleansers);
• Mid-week cleaning. Possible further complete cleaning € 200,00/each;
• Complete final cleaning and sanitizing;
• Weekly pool cleaning and sanitizing;
• Weekly garden and lawn maintenance;
• 24-hour telephone assistance;

Extra cost
A tourist tax of € 0.75 per person, per day for adults over 12 years;
• Deposit of € 800/week (to be paid preferably in cash upon check-in) as a guaranteed amount that will be
returned after verification of the villa. In case of payment by credit card, the refund of the amount paid
will take place the week following departure;
• Beach umbrellas (umbrellas found in the villa cannot be used on the beach)
• Beach towels (pool towels cannot be brought out of the villa) – 2 €/pax/day

Good to know
– from may 20th 2023 to September 23rd, 2023, weekly bookings are accepted on Saturday/Saturday, however, special situations can also be assessed for bookings of 10/12 days to be
agreed with HIS;
– check-in is possible from 4 pm to 9 pm; any check-in after this time might have a charge of € 50
– it is very important to carry out the separate collection of waste and to expose it outside the villas in compliance with the rules laid down to avoid sanctions by the Municipality.
