This luxury holiday villa can welcome up to 13 people. The house is 400 square meters spread on two floors. Ground floor Kitchen full organized with dishwasher, etc, storeroom; living room with stone fireplace, sofa, armchairs, sat TV; large frescoed withdrawing room; dining room with a large crystal table, library; shower room. 1 twin/double bedroom with shower room First floor Guests meet this floor by a  stone and wrought iron staircase. The corridor leading to two double bedrooms ( the master bedroom has a four-poster bed); another leads to two twin/double bedrooms ( in three of these rooms it is possible to add a single bed for children); 1 bathroom with tub; 1 shower room. Outside Close to the kitchen and living room, crossing two arched French windows hosts will find the garden with a stone floored loggia and table, shaded area dining with chairs or relaxing on sofas, shaded by old wisteria looking toward the great views of vineyards, olive trees, hills up to the beautiful city of Volterra. The lower garden shows lime trees, behind which, protected by a tufa wall, guests may have total privacy, and by the swimming pool enjoying a breathless view. Jacuzzi relax points, sunbeds, umbrellas, etc. provided.
