Overview

Perfect holiday Villa in Tuscany for families and a small group of friends, for meetings up to 17  people, special events, and particular weddings. Villa Monnalisa, a holiday luxury villa, consists of more than 100 hectares. The villa is built of ancient stones and it is located in the heart of the estate. The holiday rental villa near Florence can offer places to 17 people and offers each comfort. There is a large garden with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside.

OUTSIDE
The face of the holiday villa has a large garden with an enchanted view of the Tuscan countryside. The huge swimming pool is (14 m X 9) and deep from 1,20 to 2,50 mt surrounded by sunbeds and chairs and from a relaxing grass area. Near the swimming pool, there is a loggia with a lounge area with sofas to relax and a big table and chairs where hosts can eat and be lazy about. This zone is organized with a barbecue and a fridge. Beside the loggia, there is a bathroom, a room with a shower, and many dressing rooms. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of October.

Details

Ground floor The entering hall goes to the green sitting room and to the hall linked to the billiard room and to the library as well and to a bedroom with a private bathroom handicapped-equipped. On the other side, there is a big dining room, the hunting hall with a big fireplace, an office, a totally organized kitchen, and a big bathroom. Details: large fully organized kitchen / large dining room with fireplace / main dining room with fireplace/library/one living room with sat-television, DVD player and Hi-Fi / one very big living room with divided sofas areas / the billiard hall / one bathroom / 2 entrance areas First Floor The first floor has all of the bedrooms: seven double rooms and one single room with a French bed, all with a private bathroom with a wonderful view of the surroundings and on the garden. A big stone staircase, located in the main entrance hall, leads to the first floor, where a long corridor connects all the bedrooms.

TV with DVD player, Collection of CD and DVD, Wireless Internet access, Hi-fi, Fireplaces in some living room, Kettle, Microwave oven, Oven, Large fridge, Hairdryer and courtesy kit in every bathroom, Heating, Air conditioning IN THE BEDROOMS ONLY (extra to be paid euro 10 per day).

The prices include

•Daily Cleaning of the rooms between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm – excluding Sundays.
• Linen for the bedrooms and the pool. The linen is changed every Saturday and Wednesday. Extra requirements will be charged as follows: sheets 5 euros per person – towels set 5 euros per person – pool towels 5 euros each.
• Wine tastings and tour

Extra cost

• Baby cot 50 euros per week
• Highchair 25 euros per week
• Extra bed 100 euros per week
• First shopping: 50 euros for the service, in addition to the actual shopping
• Gas consumption is charged euros 6,50 per unit
• Electricity consumption exceeding 450 KW is charged euros 0.45 per KW
• House keeper extra hours are charged euros 15 per hour

• Breakfast, 20 euros per person per day, minimum 10 people (excluding Sundays)
• Lunch/Dinner: up to 8 people, 500 euros flat rate (excluding wine). Over 8 people, 60 euros per person (excluding wine).
• Meals should be booked with 48 hrs’ notice
• Lunch is served between 12 pm and 2 pm and dinner between 7 pm to 9 pm
