Overview

Villa Meriva is a modern-style luxury villa located in south Sicily, in the area of the Val di Noto, near Ragusa. This comfortable villa for your holidays in Sicily is totally private with its own pool. This rental property is an elegant place at only 50 mt from the sea and only 6 Km from the beach of Pozzallo The fine sand and the seawater not much deep and hot are ideal for children.

The villa can accommodate up 10 sleeps in 5 bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms,  3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofà bed in the kitchen.
It’s possible to host further 2 guests with a double sofa bed in the kitchen and for children under 3 years old possible to add some baby cots
All beds have memory foam mattresses and all bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom with shower 130 cm large and hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts to cook up to 12 people such as: dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, blender and ice machine.
The large table can accommodate up to 8 people and the worktop in the kitchen up to 3 for a total of 11 people seated.
The veranda is 45 m2 and is equipped with a corner sofa and table, which can accommodate up to 14 people.
The kitchen has large windows overlooking the pool, the veranda, and the garden, so parents can easily watch the children playing or playing in the pool.
Additional equipment of the house: Free Wifi, Smart TV, alarm system, safe, barbecue, private parking for up to 3 cars.
The pool has the following dimensions: width 4 m, length 12 with a depth of 1.4 m. There is a hydromassage corner by the pool and 8 sun loungers in total.
Both on the veranda and in the pool there is a digital sound system, which has a Wifi connection.
