The rental villa is also equipped with a private pool with a large surrounding garden, private parking for cars, barbecue, and gazebo for outdoor dining, surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees.
Large and bright rooms arranged over 3 floors with a total of 600 square meters, furnished with antique furniture but with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo.

Villa Mc Cartney has 9 double bedrooms for a total of 18 beds. The villa rooms, all with private bathrooms, are spacious and each one different.
The villa rooms are located on all 3 levels:
Ground floor: one double bedroom with en suite shower room.
First floor: spacious entrance hall which gives access to seven double bedrooms, two with double beds and five twin beds that can be pushed together if necessary to form a double bed. As mentioned, each room has its own bathroom with a shower and one of them a hot tub.
Second floor: a tower where there is a double room with bath separate shower and two terraces pocket where you can see a breathtaking view over the Chianti hills
