The hillside beautiful position and the vicinity to the sea give the rental villa near Pisa a particular position from which guests can easily reach known towns like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Querceto, and also the famous art cities of Florence Pisa Siena and Volterra.  The Farmhouse is located in the heart of the Etruscan coast it is the perfect place for a quiet vacation offering at the same time the chance to experience farm activities such as feeding the animals, picking olives, plowing fields, harvesting, and attending the vegetable patch and cultural tours or visits. Hosts can have the chance to see around the property the wildlife that populates the grounds such as wild boars, hares, deer, and porcupines, or only relaxing at the pool with a good book.

Getting around
It’s very easy to reach by car a lot of important Tuscan seasides: in 25 minutes you can reach the white sand beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the sea resort of Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, and the beautiful Rimigliano’s natural park, in the south of San Vincenzo. It’s very easy and comfortable also to reach Piombino and Livorno, which are the most important boarding places for the island of Elba and for all the other Tuscans islands. In Rosignano there is a new tourist port that’s called Cala de Medici, where you can see some of the biggest and richest sails of Tuscany and a lot of shops. The villa is very close to the major Tuscan cities, that are famous for their ancient and artistic monuments: in 1 hour, 1 hour and a half, you can arrive in Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, etc.
