A huge terrace at the back of the villa invites guests to laze around contemplating and its loggia equipped with a comfortable table and chairs offers you the perfect nook for al fresco dining.

The Villa is furnished with exclusive objects and furniture and some original pieces.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with the latest appliances.

Equipment

-Welcome basket with a selection of groceries that will allow you to cook an initial meal at the Villa and a few bottles of wine to start your vacation off right.
-Wine refrigerator that is stocked with a variety of red and white wines and, of course, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene available for purchase.
-Kitchen is equipped with all: Plates, glasses, and cutlery for up to 10 guests, as well as elegant synthetic tableware for outdoor dining or poolside drinking.
-Games: chess, backgammon or scrabble, and children’s games. Bocce or boules, badminton rackets with special shuttles, a valuable New Zealand wooden croquet set, the game of Kubb, or a Frisbee disc
-Bath towels of various sizes, pool towels, and bathrobes are ready in the room upon arrival. Enough towels are provided for a full week for a longer stay, towels will be replaced on Saturdays.
-In each bathroom, you will find hand soap, a hair dryer, as well as toilet bags, and toilet paper.
-Laundry room: detergents at your disposal.
-Bioethanol-fueled fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and warms the living room.
-Large Sony flat-screen TV offers a wide selection of TV stations and is connected to AppleTV. A Netflix account is available to you free of charge.
-Music Stereo.
-A beautiful Baecker piano.
– Barbecue.
– A crib, high chair and anything else needed for a small child will be provided free of charge upon request.

The prices include

Cleaning on Saturday and Wednesday, all linen and towels, pool towels, toilet paper, all kitchen towels and paper, etc., detergent for washing clothes, tumbler, ice machine, welcome basket with food, wine, and prosecco starter kit, and general consumption.

Energy, water, bi-weekly cleaning and gardening, bed line and towels, laundry, garbage disposal, pool service, WIFI, property insurance, consumables.

Good to know

The minimum rental period is 7 nights, starting from Saturday.
Check is from 16h00, and check-out is at 10h00 at the latest. Reservations are welcome.

The payment terms
30% – 3 days after signing the contract
70% – 8 weeks before the beginning of the rental period

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the following costs apply:
-Up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental 30% of the rent.
-Between 8 and 6 weeks before the start of the rental period 50% of the rent.
-From 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period 100% of the rent.

2024 rental prices

EUR 12.750 per week from June 8 until September 28, 2024

EUR 11.160 per week for the rest of the year 2023 and 2024. For Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays special conditions apply.

-There is a water sports center next to the Villa where you can rent pedal boats, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards to explore Lake Maggiore.

-Two 9-hole courses at 23 km and, 1000 meters above sea level at 26 km with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and 18-hole courses at 39 km, 26 km, and 24km.
-Just behind the Villa a tennis club.

Recreation.
-Just 15 km south of elegant stores, and restaurants.
-On Sunday mornings in Cannobio a large picturesque market on the lakeside promenade.

Getting around
With a speedboat or public ferry, you can reach the famous Borromean Islands or Brissago Island with its beautiful gardens.

Other towns to visit: Stresa, Arona, Luino or Ascona.
Within a short distance are:
-Orta di San Giulio. A medieval town with a charming island right in the middle of the lake.
-Locarno for shopping in the narrow streets of the historic center.
