Villa La Dantesca is a wonderful Luxury Villa for rent in Tuscany located on the ruins of a past Fortress, a few kilometers from Florence.
The villa is located on a hill that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
The classic style of its interiors made modern by the clever play of spaces, including furniture, fine carpets, and high roofs, is reminiscent of Renaissance residences.
The pool, which can be heated upon request, offers the perfect respite from the long, hot Tuscan days.

Details

The villa inside has seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to thirteen people.
On the ground floor: entrance hall with pool table, gymnasium, wellness area, and access to the garden and outdoor spaces.
The second floor: large living room with fireplace, dining room, study/TV room with fireplace, kitchen and breakfast room, and two bedrooms.
From the living room, there is access to a large terrace overlooking the garden.
On the upper floors: are five bedrooms including four doubles and one single.
The second floor leads to an additional room with access to the panoramic turret.

The prices include

Housekeeping: During the morning, six days per week
Continental Buffet Style Breakfast: Prepared by housekeepers
Welcome Drink and Snack: On arrival include a selection of bread, locally cured meats, cheese and crackers, and beverages
Linen Change: Midweek bedroom and bathroom linen change
Utilities: Utilities are included within the rental price with the exception of pool heating which comes at an additional cost
Concierge: For check-in/check-out and on-call for guest inquiries

Good to know

Check-in/Check-out: Check in from 4 pm and check out by 10 am. Late check-in needs to be confirmed prior to arrival
Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 5,000 per booking is required
Pets: Not allowed on the property
Air Conditioning: Only in the attic bedroom

PaymentTerms:50%payment at the time of booking, the balance of 50% to be paid no later than 90 days prior to arrival.
