Overview
Villa Giovanna is an elegant property, located in the countryside of the northwestern Sicily area. The HOLIDAY VILLA is structured on two levels and surrounded by a wide cultivated land with olive and fruit trees. The surrounding vegetation is luxuriant. Guests can also pick and eat homegrown biologic vegetables. Villa Giovanna is just 4 km from the nearest city center where you can find all the main services like restaurants, post office, bank, coffee bars, etc…A sandy beach is 6.5 km from the holiday villa. The old village of Scopello and the Natural Reserve “Lo Zingaro” is 14 km away from the house.
Details
You may access the house from a spacious living room characterized by a fireplace and sofas. From the living room, you can reach the kitchen, provided with all the necessary and with a wood stove that can be used to cook delicious dishes of Sicilian food. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. You can reach the first floor through an internal staircase located in the living room. The first-floor sleeping area is made up of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one with a French bed. The master ensuite bedroom with a double bed has a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside. From this room, it is possible to reach a wooden loft where you can find two single beds. The other bedrooms overlook the swimming pool area. The furniture is sober and elegant. On the first floor, there is a further bathroom with a shower. The property is surrounded by sheltered verandas equipped with external furniture where you can relax or enjoy a good meal. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture. Just near the swimming pool, there is a covered gazebo and a BBQ area.

The Breakage Deposit is required upon arrival in cash and will be returned at the end of the stay if no damages occur.
A late check-in Fee of Euro 20 is applied for check-in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on-site.
The swimming pool will be open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. The pool opening in the others months will be on request.
A baby Cot and High Chair must be required with the booking.
Towels and bed linen extra change must be required with the booking. Extra towels Eur 5 / guest. Extra bed linen change € 10 a bed.
The rates during the season’s holidays as Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve are referred to as the MID-SEASON price
