Through a living room, you come to 2 large double bedrooms with a bathroom and shower and doors leading directly to the garden. Both bedrooms have super king-size beds;
then there is a kitchen and another living area with a delightful fireplace.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable covered relaxation area.
From the terrace, a short walk through the olive grove leads to a large swimming pool also equipped with 2 outdoor showers.
A few meters from the main house there is a large double bedroom with bathroom with shower and sun terrace.

Terms and conditions
Reservation confirmation:
To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation policy:
60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
less than 60 days before your arrival: no refunds
