Villa Genuarda is a beautiful luxury villa for rent in Sardinia composed of three buildings that are developed on a hill blending with the local landscape and integrating harmoniously with it.
Each building is partially independent, but what certainly unites them all is the minimalist style
Each unit enjoys its own kitchen, living-dining room, and terraces, but they all share a pool and garden.
The two larger units have four double bedrooms, equipped with en-suite shower rooms. The smaller house has one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower.

Interior
The two larger units are almost: a dining area and open living room with direct access to the veranda
The smaller unit is located between the other units: open plan living area with living room and dining area with kitchen. From here there is direct access to the terrace and garden with a sea view.

2 Larger units:
on the ground floor: three double bedrooms (for each unit) and related bathrooms with shower, sea view, and overlooking the garden and pool area;
on the lower floor: one double bedroom (for each unit), bathroom with shower, and separate laundry room.
Smaller unit:
On the ground floor a double bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower.
Open plan kitchen in all three units.

The heating/air conditioning is not included and has to be paid according to the amount consumed on departure.

Good to know

On arrival, guests are obliged to give a deposit (€ 5.000), which will be returned at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damage incurred.
Swimming pool: the swimming pool will be open from 1st May to 31 October based on weather conditions.

Payment policies
30% deposit of the total at the confirmation (not refundable).
balance 60 days before the arrival.

Cancellation penalities policies
Cancellation received 9 weeks or more before the arrival date: charge of the 30% (deposit already paid to confirm the booking)- Cancellation received less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date: charge of 100% of the total due.
