A lovely historic palazzo in a charming town near Lecce, just a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic, villa Ferrandes, this holiday villa for your vacation in Apulia, is perfect to spend a perfect time in south Italy. The property of the sixteenth century is located in a charming square in the historical center of the town and has a large and private garden inside.This Apulia’s holiday house is built over two levels, can host up to 11 guests, and has two double bedrooms, one double bedroom that also includes a single bed plus two twin bedrooms. The house has 4 bathrooms. The property has an outdoor area including a garden, an equipped pergola, and a swimming pool. The pergola has a large dining table where guests can spend time al fresco dining. For larger groups, there is an extra attic apartment of two en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests that can be rented extra charge.
