Villa Ferdinandea is a splendid luxury villa for rent on the Amalfi coast, set in the typical nature of the ridges of this area overlooking the sea. The luxury villa for rent near Positano is a real house with a typical Amalfi style: white with arched windows and columns. The luxurious villa is spread over 4 floors. Only 3 floors are available to guests: a lower floor, a ground floor, and a tower up to the entrance door, which can be accessed independently. Access to the ground floor from the lovely terraces. Large living rooms overlook the long terraces equipped for unforgettable moments of relaxation … At sunset or in the evening the sea breeze will make dinner or an aperitif with friends perfect.

Access ground floor: a shaded terrace, a kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer with ice maker, large oven, microwave and dishwasher, laundry (the washing machine can only be used by the staff); a service bathroom; a large living room with sofa and a cozy study area overlooking the terrace; a dining room that opens onto the terrace with a glass top table, seats 12.
The dining room is embellished with original fragments of columns and Roman remains.
The main floor is furnished with antiques, a marble table, a tune upright piano, sofas, and a fireplace
Lower ground floor: a staircase of 20 steps leads to the lower floor. A long corridor connects 6 queen double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms (all with showers) and French doors opening onto the terrace. Some of the rooms can be set up as doubles upon request.
One bedroom can be communicating with a subsequent bedroom.
Tower (annex on request): Access to this annex is via a 25-step staircase from the entrance. The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Both share a small bathroom with a shower. The French windows open onto a small balcony with a breathtaking view of the coast and the town of Praiano. The tower is free and open only on request

The prices include

– a set of bed linen, two-bathroom sets (the second change on Wednesday), and towels necessary for the swimming pool equal to the number of beds provided and/or in any case to the number of guests present in the Villa;
– air conditioning, heating;
– final cleaning;
– the daily cleaning of the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, of the outdoor areas including the swimming pool, cleaning that will observe the following schedule: from 8.00 to 12.00 (in the case of multiple weekly rentals, the aforementioned equipment will be replaced with new ones every Saturday morning as well as house cleaning);
– the use of the internet.

– Pool heating for each week with the application of the following variable amounts according to the month of reference:

– September: € 1,800.00 per week;
– October: € 2,500.00 per week.
Good to know
The swimming pool is open from 01 May 2022 to 01 October 2022, from 9.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 19.00.

Payment Policies
30% of the total amount, within 7 days of the booking being made;
Balance due 60 days before the period of stay;
Penalty in case of cancellation
30% of the price (deposit) is not refundable;
70% of the price if the cancellation is communicated 60 days before the start of the stay will not be refundable.
