The Puglia Holiday villa for rent, 105 sqm, consists of a large hallway; a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area; large living room with a comfortable sofa facing the fireplace. The living area with its glass sliding doors leading out onto the veranda is a continuous space from inside to outside.
The Trullo has four cones and can accommodate up to 7 people. There are two large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a stunning view of the garden. It has a large double bed and two single beds. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom accommodates up to 3 people. There is a family bathroom (with a shower).
The villa has also a basement room with a bathroom (with shower) in which there are a double bed and a single bed, as well as a sofa bed.

The 50% balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Payment can be made:
– By bank transfer: all bank charges are charged to the customer (NO shared expenses);
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation must be done by e-mail.
Cancellation fees:
• Up to 30 days before arrival: NO penalties will be applied.
• From 29 to 15 days: 50% of the cost will not be refunded
• From 14 to 7 days: 75% of the cost will not be refunded
• From 6 to 0 days: 100% will not be refunded
