The bus stops at only 100 mt from the villa’s gate and guides you straight to the center of Florence! This holiday villa with a pool will surely gift you a unique vacation surrounded by the Florence hills, in the Chianti area, between olive trees and vineyards. The holiday beautiful Villa, whose structure in some parts is dated to 1300, is dominated by a tower. But the origin of the property dates even further back.

Villa Domizia as holiday accommodation can welcome a maximum of 14 guests.
There are 7 bedrooms – 4 double and 3 twins (but beds can be combined ) – and 6 bathrooms + 1 WC.
6 bedrooms have air conditioning.
On the first floor appears an elegant big hall with an enormous fireplace, 2 elegant living rooms (one of which has an office area with fax machine and Adsl internet connection), a dining hall with a large table for 14 guests, kitchen with microwave oven, traditional oven, freezer and two refrigerators, service bathroom, and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
On the second floor: a big hall with a piano, a cozy living room with satellite tv, a wonderful master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one big and an elegant twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom, and a twin canopy bedroom. These two rooms share a bathroom.
On the third level (the tower) we have a comfortable living room with tv, a twin bedroom (but the beds can be combined to obtain a double bed) with a charming view of the valley and a bathroom.
All the bedrooms have lots of storage space. On the ground floor, we find the wine cellars (available to guests for wine tasting tours), the gym with sauna, the laundry room (with washing machine, drying machine, and iron board), and the staff quarter (not available for guests). The villa has also two safety boxes at guests’ disposal. Air conditioning in 6 bedrooms will make your vacation even more comfortable!
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL
Hosts at Villa Domizia, a luxury holiday villa for rent, can live the wonderful and quiet private park, with swimming pool, many olive orchards, laurel hedges, and a fabulous lawn ideal for children playing to play. Guests will meet two living areas in the park. One in front of the villa with two arcades where hosts may live relaxed lazy moments.
An old enormous fig tree gifts shadow and refresh even the warmest months. The second living area is located just in front of the hall on the first floor. An elevated garden with a big oak tree where is possible to live moments of breakfast in the freshness of the morning or have a quiet aperitif admiring the sun going down, or even taste a simple dinner with the tasty dishes of the villa’s chef. The swimming pool has all-around laurel corners for the hosts’ intimate moments.
