Villa Diamante holiday property is restored pretty holiday accommodation in Anacapri with marvelous panoramas of the Mediterranean and the Gulf of Naples. Situated in a more peaceful place compared to the town of Capri. Close to a little village with bars and restaurants. It is possible You can reach the highest point of the isle, Monte Solaro, walking, to admire a breathtaking panorama.

INSIDE
The holiday villa lies on 2 levels. It holds a great living room and dining area with sliding glass doors that lead outside. The kitchen is totally equipped with all modern comforts.
Bedrooms
three double bedrooms (2 with French beds), one with a balcony on the second floor with a panorama of the Gulf with bath and shower inside.
Every room is pretty decorated in a particular Mediterranean style.
Outside
A pretty terrace with a big dining table is ideal for shaded dinner or to relax around.

• Arrival times are between 2 pm and 6 pm.
Departures are between 9 am and 10 am.
•For a late arrival or an early departure (to be otherwise agreed upon, please advise if needed), an extra charge of € 200,00 is due.
•Security deposit of €2500 (held by the agency on a credit card)
*PAYMENTS*
deposit and balance are due by bank transfer as follows:
• 30% of the total amount within 5/7 days from my e-mail reply indicating the definitive confirmed booking.
• Balance due from 56 days before the first day of the booked period.
•If the stay begins within 30 days from the booked period, the total balance is due within 5 days from my e-mail reply indicating the definitive confirmed booking.
•Payment must be made by international bank transfer / in €uros.
Your booking will become a confirmed reservation upon receipt of the deposit.
*CANCELLATION POLICY*
•30% deposit non-refundable.
•A penalty of 50% of the total price is applied to cancellations between 55 and 42 days of scheduled arrival.
•A penalty of 100% of the total price is applied to cancellations within 41 days of scheduled arrival.
•In order to concur with the above conditions any cancellation requests/declarations must be received in writing via e-mail.

The villa is located in Anacapri, the second town on Capri island.
Absolutely to do is a tour of the small and picturesque streets of its historic center is a must: a maze of alleys and squares in which to get lost to breathe the most authentic atmosphere of Anacapri. Without forgetting to visit the church of Santa Sofia and the Casa Rossa (a villa painted in Pompeian red).
After completing the tour of the historic center, the visit to:
