Villa Contri holiday property is an elegant 19th-century aristocratic villa situated in the very heart of a huge estate of terraced hills and olive groves. The villa has its own private chapel and ancient olive press and boasts sweeping views across the estate and down the valley towards the medieval hilltop town of Lucca. Formal typical Italian gardens lay to the front of the rental villa, and behind a nice walled garden with beautiful lawns offers a peaceful nice place for the delightful swimming pool and sun-lounge.

Inside All rooms within the villa rental are elegantly decorated. All bedrooms are en-suite, and walls and ceilings are hand-painted. There are also magnificent views over the surrounding countryside and down to Lucca from all the bedroom windows. With three living rooms, a formal dining room, and a study area, the holiday property gives larger groups plenty of chances to relax in each other’s company, or live peaceful moments of privacy.

Outside Italian traditional gardens follow the front of the holiday villa, and behind the villa, a pretty walled garden with lawns offers a quiet and relaxing setting for the delightful swimming pool and sun lounge. An arched loggia to the rear gives a shady retreat for relaxing or outdoor dining, overlooking the camellia garden. Tables, chairs, and umbrellas are available for dining on the big grounds.
