The holiday villa with a pool near Pisa is inside a Tuscan family-run business that covers 1500 acres that border with the districts of Guardistallo, Casale Marittimo, and Bibbona. It has been renovated in 2011 following the Tuscan traditions. The Tuscany holiday villa with a pool for rent is reached by a gravel road (2km). The villa is in a dominant position with a 360° panoramic view it has a private swimming pool and is in an isolated and tranquil spot. The weather is good from April to October and is often mild even in winter.

The farmhouse is on two floors and is approximately 600 square meters and offers accommodation for 16 people in 2 apartments with 4 bedrooms each, all the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Both apartments are independent but connected by a staircase. The farmhouse can be rented as two separate apartments for 8 people with the possibility of 2 extra beds in each apartment.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR, approximately 300 square meters there’s a large living room with a TV area, a dining room, a kitchen, and 4 bedrooms with en–suite bathrooms- The kitchen and ground floor can easily accommodate 16 people. The external area faces east and is equipped with two large tables, chairs, and sun umbrellas. An internal stairway takes you to the first floor. FIRST FLOOR approximately 260 square meters has an open kitchen a dining area, a living room, and 4 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, and a guest bathroom. The first floor has a panoramic terrace where stairs lead directly to the garden. The panoramic terrace faces south and stairs lead directly to the garden. The terrace is fully equipped with a BBQ, garden swing seat, sun umbrella, table, and chairs. THE EXTERIOR is master as always… a shaded porch with table and chairs stone bbq and of course a 12 x6 meter swimming pool with a uniform depth of 1.45cm. The sunbathing area is equipped with 8 deckchairs and sun umbrellas. A stone bbq with an oven completes the outside area. The farmhouse Caselle homestead offers the possibility to host two distinct groups of 8 people (+ 2 extra beds on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor) or a large group of 16 (+ 5 extra beds).

WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area a limit of water consumption considered included could be fixed. Over this limit, the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price of 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.

CLEANING: the final period cleaning is compulsory. In case of stays longer than 1 week the other cleanings are not compulsory but upon request.

SWIMMING POOL: swimming pool is closed in the mid-low season. It could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always extra and switched on upon request. It’s necessary a notice at least 3 weeks prior to the arrival date to open or to heat the swimming pools. Services are not available for last-minute bookings ( less than 3 weeks before arrival).

The above prices are referred to the use of the villa as holiday house accommodation. In the case of different uses, including event use, the price will be personalized.

The villa is located on a beautiful Tuscan hill position, but very near to the sea: just 20, maximum 25 km from the seaside. So the climate is pleasantly breezy and the panoramic view is characterized by vineyards and cypress trees.

It’s very easy to reach by car a lot of important Tuscan seasides: in 25 minutes you can reach the white sand beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the sea resort of Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, and the beautiful Rimigliano’s natural park, in the south of San Vincenzo.

It’s very easy and comfortable also to reach Piombino and Livorno, which are the most important boarding places for the island of Elba and for all the other Tuscans islands. In Rosignano there is a new tourist port that’s called Cala de Medici, where you can see some of the biggest and richest sails of Tuscany and a lot of shops.

The villa is is very near to all the bigger Tuscan cities, that are famous for their ancient and artistic monuments and by the cultural point of view: so in 1 hour, 1 hour and half You can arrive in Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, etc.
