This elegant luxury villa with its private heated swimming pool with salt water can accommodate up to 10 people. It features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful dining room with a Tuscan style furnished kitchen, and a very spacious living room with various sitting areas including a TV area with over 200 classic DVD movies to choose from.
Outside there is a large private garden and a comfortable seating area, perfect for breakfast.
Overlooking the swimming pool is a splendid outdoor dining room with a cast iron table for 10 people, perfect for a refreshing aperitif and a typical Tuscan dinner under the stars with splendid views of the swimming pool and surrounding hills.
Total privacy is guaranteed. BBQ is the best for cooking al fresco – from grilling to baking, to slow cooking, it will achieve everything with perfect results. The ceramic construction keeps warm, but also humidity, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection.
Recently renovated, indoors this rural villa has preserved many of its original features and the typical Tuscan style: ceilings with wooden beams, original terracotta floors are at least 200 years old. At the same time, the Villa offers many high-quality modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, wifi, and air conditioning.

This three-level villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten people.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room overlooking the garden with various seating areas and a TV area with over 200 DVDs to choose from.
Adjacent to the villa is a welcoming guest house with an independent entrance. The guest house has 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed on request) with a private bathroom (shower only). It is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding hills.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an en suite dining room and a table that seats 10 people. This floor also includes a separate area with two adjacent bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, there are 2 romantic double bedrooms (double beds) with a private bathroom, both spacious and elegant, each with a shower and bathtub.
The features of air conditioning in each bedroom and the use of it are included in the price, as is the heating and wifi.
We also provide a cot and high chair on request.
The house is colored with lime-washed walls and a turquoise frescoed sitting room furnished with antiques that create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The original features such as the wooden beams and the original terracotta floors have been retained.

The Versilia area, just 9 km from the Villa, is famous for its Beach Resort and its nightlife: discos, restaurants, pubs along the Promenade. It is also famous for the Forte Dei Marmi market (every Wednesday and Sunday morning). The beach resorts are very large and offer a lot
