Overview

Villa Arisa is a villa with a pool for rent near Sorrento, with spectacular views of the Bay of Naples.
The villa has a ‘large pool and a comfortable solarium.
It is located a few kilometers from Sorrento, the Amalfi coast, Capri, and Pompeii.
The villa has 12 double/twin bedrooms with a bathroom and kitchenette.
Villa Arisa is ideal for hosting stays and events for groups of family, friends, and travelers of all who wish to have uncommon experiences (hiking, cooking school, yoga, etc.).

The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people.

kitchen
The kitchen is one of the villa’s greatest strengths.
Recently renovated and equipped with a professional cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, cooler, and dishwasher. It also has all the common utensils and equipment for optimal food preparation.

Upon request, Villa Arisa staff can arrange a cooking school, and private chef service for dinners, barbecues, or pizza parties on the terrace.
Two double sofa beds and two single beds can be added upon request to reach a maximum capacity of 30 people.
The rooms are all double/twin with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes (except for one room with a bathroom nearby, which lacks a kitchenette).
Villa Arisa has a double suite with a fantastic view of the Gulf and its islands.

The prices include

1 set of linen and towel for each guest – daily (excluding Sundays) cleaning of rooms and external areas of 5 hours – private uncovered parking (max capacity about 10 cars) – fully equipped kitchen and dining room – unheated swimming pool (from 12th April to 18th October) – internet wi-fi connection – up to 2 baby cots (on request) -swimming towels – electricity up to 50 kWh per day.

Extra cost

-City tax is not included in the price and must be paid on arrival in cash.
-Breakages deposit: The refundable breakages deposit of € 1.500 (in cash) is required on arrival and it will be refunded on departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
-additional linen and towels – up to 2 extra single beds and up to 2 extra double sofa beds
– electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per day of 50 kWh: the extra kWh are to be paid on the premises according to consumption (€0,50 per kWh).

Services on request and extra charges: American or European breakfast buffet service, lunch/dinner service by our chef, pizza-party service with our wood oven on the terrace – Cooking school – Transfer service – Boat excursions to Capri/Amalfi/Positano – Tour Guide – Food Hamper on arrival – Babysitting.

Good to know

Booking and cancellation policies: To confirm the booking it is necessary the payment of the deposit,
to be understood as acceptance of the conditions contained herein. The balance must be paid 2 months before the check-in by bank transfer. If the balance is not received within this deadline, Villa Arisa shall reserve the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit, apply cancellation charges

Villa Arisa is an elegant villa with ‘contemporary architecture nestled on the green terraces of the coast in the surroundings of Sorrento, enjoys a wonderful view of Capri, Ischia and the Gulf of Naples up to Vesuvius.
It is set in a garden of almost two hectares of Mediterranean vegetation, olive groves, lemon groves and fruit trees.

Villa Arisa is strategically located close to Campania’s major tourist attractions: From the archaeology and history of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the incredible architectural and artistic heritage of Naples, the fascinating Capri with its Faraglioni and Blue Grotto, and even the magical pearls of the Amalfi Coast, Unesco World Heritage Sites from Positano to Amalfi.
