The living area of this holiday villa for rent on Garda Lake has a living room and dining room, with rich original Venetian floors and old fireplaces. There is also a piano and a billiard room. From the living rooms and the kitchen, guests can have the pleasure to admire a breathless panorama of Lake Garda. The luxury villa for rent on Lake Garda holds 4 double bedrooms, all restored maintaining the original furniture styled by the designer who counted the famous villa of the Italian Poet, Gabriele D’Annunzio, among his work, everyone with TV and private bathroom, offering room for six adults. Two bedrooms have a terrace and lake view. Outside, hosts can enjoy meals under the shade of a large umbrella. Clients may relax in the heated jacuzzi, capable of 6 to 8 people,  while observing the unique panorama lake that the position of the luxurious villa holds. For dining, a barbecue with wood is available.

General Terms
Villa Ametrani hosts 8 people: 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 2 extra single beds can be add for a total of 10 people.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm (time of arrival has to be communicated at least 7 days prior arrival)
Check-out: from 8am to 10am.
Deposit: €1.500 to be paid upon arrival with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and it will be returned at the end of the stay
Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation the following amounts will be charged:
-after the reservation: 30% of the total amount.
-from 55 days to the arrival date: the total price.
Pets
Small dogs are allowed, on request, at a price of €100,00 per stay per dog.
A deposit of €500,00 per dog is required.
Payment
Deposit: 30% of the stay to be paid in order to guarantee the reservation
Balance: 70% to be paid 56 days before arrival date.

Getting around Culture and Events Villa Ametrani holiday property is situated in a particular place to reach easily history location of interest, culture, and entertainment. Even for the most adventurous there are rare chances and scenarios: paragliding and hang gliding from the hills; wind and kite surfing on the nearby shores of the lake.
