Hidden in the countryside near Serravalle, just outside Buonconvento, Villa Amenta is a captivating historic home that blends original charm with modern comforts. Once a fortified 10th-century castle, the estate has been thoughtfully renovated into the refined villa it is today. Spanning 900 square meters, the residence is ideal for families or groups of friends. Surrounded by manicured gardens within a private 30,000-square-meter estate, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms.

At the center of the garden, a 180-square-meter swimming pool provides the perfect spot for warm summer days. Nearby, a pool house offers shaded dining for up to 12 people and includes a kitchen, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, espresso machine, changing area, and bathroom. Pool towels are provided. A private tennis court invites friendly games, while the surrounding scenery is perfect for leisurely strolls. The villa is also near the route of the famed Mille Miglia vintage car race, a must-see for car lovers.

Inside, the villa spans two beautifully decorated floors, seamlessly mixing historic details with modern-day amenities. The ground level features welcoming common areas: a grand entry hall opens to a stylish sitting room with a fireplace and piano, an elegant dining room with a dazzling chandelier, and a more casual dining nook. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals, and a guest bathroom completes the floor.

A staircase leads to the upper floor. To the left, you’ll find a second kitchen with a dining table, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with a bathroom (shower only) located in the hallway. To the right, a cozy lounge with sofas, a fireplace, and satellite TV connects to three more bedrooms: one double room with a private bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a shower, another double room with an en-suite shower room, and a twin room (convertible to a double) up a few steps, also with a private shower room.

The villa is outfitted with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the upstairs lounge. Guests also have complimentary access to a luxurious spa located in a separate building on the property. This wellness space includes a cutting-edge gym, a sauna, Turkish bath, a six-person hot tub, and a relaxing lounge with a sofa and television. The gym features Technogym equipment such as a treadmill, upright and recumbent bikes, a multi-functional machine, free weights, wall bars, a bench, and various accessories.
