This delightful modern-style beachfront villa for rent in Western Sicily is located near the popular resort of Scopello. The area around this splendid villa for rent near Trapani has a remarkable landscape value. Villa Minimal House is an elegant house with a private pool, designed in an absolutely modern and minimal style. The furniture is sober and essential, ideal for a summer holiday in Sicily. From its panoramic outdoor spaces as well as from the interiors you can enjoy an incredible view over the entire bay of Castellammare del Golfo. The villa is on two levels: the ground floor opens to two comfortable verandas. The interior is accessed from a bright and spacious living room kitchen and from there you can access a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a shared bathroom with a shower. A staircase will take you to the first floor which has three double bedrooms, one of which has a large balcony with a sea view and a private bathroom. There is the possibility of adding a single bed in two of the three bedrooms, which results in two triple bedrooms. Next to the bedrooms, there is another bathroom with a shower. Extra costs not included in the price must be paid on-site upon arrival in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.

The Breakage Deposit is required upon arrival in cash and will be returned at the end of the stay if no damages occur.

A late check-in Fee of Euro 20 is applied for check-in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on-site.

The swimming pool will be open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. The pool opening in the others months will be on request.

A baby Cot and High Chair must be required with the booking.

Towels and bed linen extra change must be required with the booking. Extra towels Eur 5 / guest. Extra bed linen change € 10 a bed.

The rates during the season’s holidays as Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve are referred to as the MID-SEASON price

Minimum stay in low and mid season 5 days. Minimum stay in high season 7 days.
