Villa Sanzio consists of a main house and an additional area around the pool, surrounded by 40,000 sqm of land.
The main house, measuring 720 sqm, is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, we have the large dining room that opens to the outdoor terrace, kitchen, the three master suites ( consisting of a bedroom with bathroom and relaxation area) service bathroom, library, laundry, and garage.
On the second floor, we have the other 4 suites with private bathrooms, a terrace, and an equipped solarium.
The 200sqm area near the pool includes the lounge and dining area, a second kitchen, barbecue, sound system, 2 bathrooms and two showers, and an additional suite with a private bathroom
