On the ground floor of this sober and very elegant luxury villa in Tuscany for rent, you will find a large living room and dining room with a fireplace and bread oven. The kitchen dates back to the 300s but is accompanied by a restored modern kitchen. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with laundry and, finally, a suite with a luxurious private bathroom with a shower.
A suite located with a private bathroom on the garden level with direct access to an exclusive patio was carved out of a manger.

On the second floor is a spacious living room with a fireplace.
Two suite suites with private bath and shower. One of them also has a bathtub with a panoramic view of the Villa’s garden.

On the upper floor, there is a loft with two single beds overlooking the villa’s pool.

Smaller annex
It is located in front of the main body of the villa and overlooks the park through a private patio. The annex consists of a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a sink, and a double bedroom with an open shower.
