The villa has numerous comfortable outdoor areas including a very large sheltered veranda, fantastic for outdoor dining, a BBQ area with brick barbeque, and large fenced gardens, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor living but in absolute privacy.
The very large 17-meter pool and waterfall are surrounded by sunbeds with green lawns all around and an outdoor shower.

The villa consists of:
two independent kitchens with dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, American and traditional mocha coffee machine, blender,
two living rooms with direct access to terraces and sea views,
separate laundry room,
5 double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and sea view.
Two additional guest toilets.

The prices include

Final cleaning €300.
Refundable security deposit: €2500 to be paid on arrival with a credit card.
The heating/air conditioned are not included and has to be paid according to the amount consumed on departure.
Electricity consumption over the limit of 330 kWh/week at €0.70 for each additional kWh (to be paid locally).
