It is a modern loft of 220 square meters in total with immense glass walls that harmoniously integrate its interior to the Tuscan landscape and the surrounding private garden.
At the center of the living room, there is a beautiful open fireplace with modern lines, the work of an Australian artist. High design furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private wine cellar make this 122 sqm apartment a contemporary atmosphere with a unique atmosphere.
Two bedrooms, each with a bathroom with rain shower, make the villa …………… the ideal accommodation for 4 people. From the two bathrooms there is access to a bathtub, 2 meters long and 1 meter wide, and to an outdoor shower. The infinity pool has its own private bathroom, located within a small tower. Next to it is a former container turned into a sauna.
