Payment Terms
To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required, to be paid no later than 3 days from the confirmation date.
The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 60 days before check-in.
For reservations made within 60 days of the arrival date, full payment will be required upon confirmation.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Failure to meet the payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, with no obligation to refund any amounts already paid.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit paid to confirm the reservation is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of cancellation within 60 days of the arrival date, the full reservation amount will be due and non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show or early termination of the stay, no refund will be provided.
Any requests to change dates will be subject to availability and any applicable rate adjustments.
