Heated pool Policy
The indoor swimming pool can be heated free of charge from October till the end of May. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost of 110€ per day from October to May by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 – 26°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days’ advance notice for this facility and the cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 49 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 48 and 42 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund. In case of a no-show, 100% of the total payment is required.
