Nestled in the heart of a vast natural park, Villa La Ferla is an exclusive villa with swimming pool for rent in Sicily. The 12,000-square-meter property has been completely renovated with a particular eye to sustainability revisited in an absolutely original and poetic key, respecting the Sicilian architectural tradition. So local hand-carved stones, chestnut beams, ancient Sicilian ceramics at the base of the renovation of the structure, furniture elements by local craftsmen and artists, no plastic materials, handcrafted and unique furniture made from woods harvested in winter. The pool is natural, made from volcanic ash and limestone. The outdoor spaces are manicured, original, rich, bustling, a great natural playground for children. The veranda is home to a delightful, fully equipped outdoor kitchen where meals can be enjoyed in a rustic, country yet manicured and refined atmosphere. Or alternatively there is a professional barbecue with picnic area.

Details

Villa la Ferla is on one floor and consists of two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with its own entrance, in one of which it is possible to add a single bed. The property is completed by a large covered outdoor kitchen with sea view, very well equipped, where we also find a mini-bar with local organic fruits, Sicilian wines and soft drinks. The outdoor space is large and houses a beautiful swimming pool.

Good to know

-Check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am.
-Please let us know in advance in case of late check in 8.30pm to 12am to arrange if it is possible.
-A fee of euro 50 Euro is applied to guests not respecting the agreed meeting time with the property (unless any delay is communicated at least 2 hour before the agreed meeting time).
-Guests are required at check in to pay a 350 euro security demage deposit (refundable, provided no damage has been made to the property and its contents; to be reimbursed on the day of check out after inspection of the property).
-For stays of minimum 2 weeks, Guests will enjoy after the 1st week a complimentary light cleaning service and linen change (bed , bath and pool linen )
-LOCAL TAXES ARE INCLUDED ON OUR RATES
Local tax of 1 euro per person per day, for a maximum of 5 nights . Not applicable to kids under 12 years old. The tax amount could change according to the Municipality
-Guests will be asked to sign a short lease rental agreement and the house rules when booking.
