This charming small country house in the heart of the Val di Noto is spread over about 110 square meters with more than 3,600 square meters of land and is equipped with an 8x3mt swimming pool. It is the ideal place for a holiday to discover the Baroque, in the southeast of Sicily. Nearby Modica, Ragusa, Syracuse.The beautiful beaches of this part of Sicily are a few kilometers away: the natural reserve of Vendicari, Pozzallo, Marina di Ragusa, etc. The property has a double gate to enter. Inside you will find a parking area where you can park in the shade.

The central body of the house has a single living room kitchen and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
The first double bedroom has space for an extra bed.
The second bedroom can be with a double bed or with 2 single beds + a possible sofa bed.
In the annex, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom and the possibility of adding another bed.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden consisting of aromatic plants and essences typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
