Ground floor

In this holiday accommodation villa, the living area has a charming view over the baroque town, sofa-bed, hi-fi, tv LCD, art magazines and touristic guides in different languages, books of ecology and photography. Wireless Internet service and printer devices are available.

The kitchen area is well planned in both design and facilities, including 4 electric fire stoves, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, and all necessary cookware.

The first bathroom with a shower for the private use of the ground floor bedroom has a washing machine too.

Just close to the room is a cozy corner for children, where a cot may be placed on request, with many books of art and ecology, colors, and drawing papers for children playing.
