Villa Balzac has 2 floors.
Ground Floor:
On the ground floor there is a double living room with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, and a more elegant dining room with a second fireplace.
Two sliding glass doors lead you to a suite for 2 people with a four-poster bed and bathroom en-suite. Two large glass doors lead you to jump directly in the swimming pool
First Floor:
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, for 4 people, each furnished with a comfortable queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower (between the two bedrooms the is a shared dressing room.
On request it’s possible to rent Villa Balzac fully stuffed with maid and cook service.
Villa Balzac has Air Condition in all bedrooms.
Outside
The rental villa is surrounded by 10 ha of natural park , Olive groves and landscaped gardens. There is a 150 sqm large terrace. A salt water private swimming pool 4 x 8 m and, umbrellas and sun beds.
